How can we help?

Email support@routrplaybook.com. Include your device, iOS version, Routr version and what happened. Never send your Apple Account password or payment details.

How do I restore purchases?

Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. A restore checks the purchase; it does not restore deleted play data.

  1. Confirm that the App Store is signed in to the Apple Account used to buy Routr Pro.
  2. Open Routr and look for an option to restore purchases. If you cannot find it, contact support before buying again.
  3. Choose the restore option if it is shown and follow any Apple confirmation prompt.
  4. If the option is missing, nothing happens or an error appears, contact support before buying again. Include the plan, app version and what you see.

My plays disappeared after deleting the app. Can I get them back?

Routr stores plays on the device. Deleting the app removes its local play data, and reinstalling Routr does not by itself restore those plays. iCloud sync is not available yet. If you kept a playbook file or another export, tell support what you have; do not assume that a purchase restore also restores a playbook.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Select Routr to manage or cancel the subscription. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

How do I send a playbook to another coach?

In Routr 3.0, Pro lets you send a folder as a playbook file through AirDrop, Messages or Mail. The receiving coach can open it in Routr for free and gets their own copy of the plays. This is a file transfer rather than live sync.

What should I include when an export looks wrong?

Tell support which layout you chose, your device, iOS version and Routr version. Include a screenshot of the problem if you can share it. PDF pages, QB and player wristbands, and call sheets require Routr Pro.
